Mariela Vivero has over 25 years of experience in the beauty and spa industry and has worked for and collaborated with numerous industry leaders throughout the greater New York City area. Prior to opening MariMar Zen Boudoir, Mariela was part of the artistic team with Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salons NYC and Mario Tricocci. She also honed her craft with Pierre Michel Salon NYC and HairCult in Hoboken.
She was influenced by the haircutting techniques and trained by some of the most renown names in beauty: Vidal Sassoon, Mario Tricocci, Christopher and Sonya Dove, Jacques Dessange and Yves Durif.
Her specialties include advanced haircutting and coloring techniques curated through her time as the Regional Educator Color Trainer for Wella with Red Door Salons and has extensive knowledge of Aveda color methods.

MariMar Zen Boudoir understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so respectfully requests at least 48 hours-notice for rebooking or cancellation. If a change is made outside the 48-hour window, a fee will be charged related to the amount of time and services you had booked. Thank you for your consideration!
